The last 2 weeks has consisted of sorting, purging, packing, cleaning and schlepping 1.5 million trips up the stairs. Thankfully I had some wonderful helpers for the schlepping (overwhelming gratitude guys!)
A true Live-Work space opened up in my building recently and I was shocked, amazed and thankful to be able to get it. As each day unfolds in the new space (since Saturday) I have felt such a strong sense of gratitude. Gratitude for being in such a right place for me right now. Gratitude for my community and the amazing place in which I live.
As soon as I can

Yay, can't wait to see! Congratulations!
OOO A Live-Work Space. Can't wait to see the images you'll put up. It is so refreshing to have such a wonderful to help - especially during a move. Talk about friends! I've move over 22 times so far in my life and am so ready to camp out and declare home base - a live-work space would be idea - especially if it had a store front at the bottom. I'm just saying.... (grew up a navy brat and then traveled for school/fun etc.).
Thanks for the comments guys! I'll hopefully be all unpacked and set up for some pictures by this weekend!
I too have moved far too many times and also was a military kid. I think it might be what sparked so much creativity ; ) But it also was why I remained in a too-small space for 4 years - I just didn't want to move again for awhile!
This one was worth the effort though - wowza!
